How to Participate

Participation as a presenter in the Monthly Virtual Author Meet and Greet is free for all Authors Impact Hub members. Not a member yet? Join now and be part of our vibrant community! We welcome all guest to come and watch the meet and greet!

Apply to Present

Are you an author interested in showcasing your work at our event? We’d love to hear from you! Apply to be a featured author by filling out our application form. Selected authors will have the opportunity to present their books, share their stories, and connect with a passionate audience.

  • A Virtual Author Meet and Greet is an online event where authors and readers can connect, discuss books, share experiences, and network in a virtual setting. It typically includes discussions, Q&A sessions, and opportunities for authors to promote their works.

  • To sign up, visit our website and fill out the registration form. You will receive a confirmation email with event details and a link to join the virtual meet and greet.

  • Participation is free for all authors impact hub members.

  • The event will be hosted on Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link in your confirmation email after registering.

  • You will need a computer or mobile device with a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone to participate fully in the event.

  • Prepare a brief introduction about yourself and your book(s). Have digital copies of your book cover and promotional materials ready to share. Think about questions or topics you’d like to discuss with readers and other authors.

  • Yes, there will be opportunities to share purchase links for your books. We encourage authors to provide links to their online bookstores or websites.

  • If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that schedules can change and will keep you informed about future meet and greet opportunities.

  • Yes, new and aspiring authors are welcome to join. This is a great opportunity to network, gain insights, and get support from the author community.

  • Engage actively with other participants, ask questions, share your experiences, and be open to networking. Follow up with connections made during the event and utilize any promotional opportunities offered.

  • Yes, the event will be recorded. The recording will be available to participants afterward. If you have privacy concerns, please let us know in advance.
